I am pleased to inform you that I have decided to not do my homework tonight. I'm just not going to do it. And instead! I'm going to do something not-homework kind of fun.
I don't know what that fun thing will be yet, but... it'll be really fun! And have nothing to do with school, or taking notes, or reading. Or science. Or the clinic.
Oh yeah! Albus Dumbledore Academy. I registered for classes pretty much as soon as I got here. Really small school though. I think it's run by Travelers, not the city.
I haven't been to the pub yet. Do they care if I'm not twenty-one yet?
[ she had a cup of some mixed drink at the funeral party here, but that's all of her experience with booze. so. ]
It only felt right to... I'm about to graduate high school, I guess the idea of getting rusty in the time it takes before i get back home and go to college kind of freaks me out.
Pretty much! If I didn't have classes here I would spend waaaay too much time bugging Dr. McCoy. And the librarians. It's really in their best interests that I stay enrolled in school.
Whoa, okay. If anything, shouldn't we try and not be a bother to someone we think is sexy? Bothering isn't sexy. Not that I necessarily agree with you there. He's not really my type.
[ yeah good save. although really, she maybe had a talent/brains crush on Dr. Connors, so. she gets it. ]
I don't think I'm all the into the "older guy" thing. I wish Peter was still here, then I could show you my type, and you'd see why I'm just not seeing it.
Except for the ghosts and vampires part. Well, for me. We don't really have those in my world. As far as I know? I think I would be okay with ghosts if they're all like you, though. That's not so scary. Vampires? Definitely scary. ... Though by association, I can assume Hal's nice. Hmm...
Well, I haven't exactly had a lot of time to go partying! Back home I had school and my internship, and my dad was the chief of the NYPD. That doesn't exactly equal party city.

text;
Eh, probably not. They've never IDed me.
text;
Nobody's gotten in trouble for it before?
text;
Not that I've heard of, no.
text;
[ that was a joke. man, joking is hard. ]
... We don't really have any police here, do we?
text;
There's a few blokes running around with swords. But I don't think they'll care if you have a pint.

Hmmmm. Okay.
text;
Gwen, you're not going to get arrested for having a pint or a fruitty drink with an umbrella in it.
text;
Maybe not arrested, but I kind of feel bad. I'm a rule follower! I like knowing the rules and.. following them.
text;
Time to break them, Gwen Stacy. We're getting wasted at the pub.
text;
Wasted? What!
text;
Yes, WASTED. Have you ever gotten pissed in your life?
text;
[ that sums up her answer to both questions!! ]
text;
And don't tell me you're that much of a prude! C'mon.
